This was ultra easy

Cut Puff pastry in halves and then 3rds. cook for 10-15 mins
mean while mix 300g of cream, 300g of milk and 1 100g pkt of instant vanilla pudding with beaters for 1 min then cover with glad wrap and stick in the fridge for 15 mins to set.

When pastry has cooled cut in halves and add custard filling and what every fruit you like, recipe said thinly cut strawberries but would be nice with whatever you like.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.

Reminds me of old peoples food. But it was pretty tastey i liked the contrast of the sweet custard and the tarteyness of the raspberries

  2. Maybe i've only ever had matchsticks in nursing homes and they involved cream.... but from Nicole's description on fb it sounds the same?
