My Birthday cake!!! It was delish. I use to think people who were able to make banana and caramel pie were some sort of cooking masters. My mum is a super duper cook but her claim to fame dessert is cream puffs and profiter rolls so we had lots of them( i think she can cook them in her sleep) but never much else in the sweets dept. Anyways i did it it was easy and delish and it reminded me why i only eat it once a year..... its sickly sweet.
But at 31 you need a bit of sugar!
